ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our Chief Executive Officer has a busy career. He needs support in fulfilling his communications and branding roles, whether it is a presentation to the board, one of our committees, investors, shareholders, clients or service providers.

Not only will you have the opportunity of working with various other departments within the organisation, you will be called upon to work on many exciting projects that will help steer the direction of the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the management / direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant to CEO will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Play an active role in setting out and driving brand guidelines
  • Generate information and prepare reports and presentations (power point presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics in line with the Company brand and guidelines.
  • Marketing management across the Group
  • Design and implement effective systems and procedures for the Group
  • Work independently on projects from conception to completion
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with set deadlines
  • Management of the office and diary of the Chief Executive Officer and other Executives, including an active calendar, as well as travel arrangements

BOXES TO TICK

  • 2 yrs + experience as an Executive Assistant
    • Experience in the finance / marketing industry would be advantageous
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing
    • A BComm in Marketing would be preferable
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in Desktop Publishing
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence & Own Vehicle
