Reporting to: Trace Operations Manager

Job Purpose: To manage the tracing process, productivity and administrative performance of the Trace Agents against set targets

Location: Woodstock, Cape Town

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Under the management / direction of the Trace Operations Manager, the Trace Team Manager will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Management of performance against set targets;
    • Tracing of matters
    • Productivity
    • Quality
  • Act as point of escalation for queries and complaints
  • Ensuring understanding of the business and legislative requirements
  • Full staff management
  • Reporting
  • Any ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a Team Management role
    • Working / Management experience in a Trace environment is advantageous
  • Working experience in using the following trace tools;
    • CPB
    • Compuscan
    • Google
  • Competent in MS Office at an intermediate level
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS Office
